How do I order laundry and ironing?
Choose your services on the site, enter your name and location, and confirm the order. Our team contacts you and the driver collects your clothes from your door.
How do I track my order?
After you confirm, you get a tracking link with four stages: order received, being prepared, ready, delivered.
How are carpets priced?
Carpets are priced by their actual size in square metres. The driver collects the carpet, it is measured at the plant, and the size is recorded on your order before the invoice is issued.
How long does the service take?
Clothes within 24 hours. Carpets, bedding and textiles within 72 hours.
How do I get my invoice?
We send you an electronic invoice by WhatsApp as a link, with the approved QR code.
