Plus One is an establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, commercial registration no. 7004413840. By ordering through the site you agree to the following.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Saudi riyals as listed in the price list.
• Carpets are charged by their actual size in square metres; they are measured at the plant and the size is recorded on your order before the invoice is issued.
• The order may be adjusted before the invoice is issued if the items or quantities differ at pickup.

Service time

Clothes within 24 hours; carpets, bedding and textiles within 72 hours, counted from pickup. Times may vary with operating conditions or the condition of the item.

Pickup and delivery

The address must be correct and someone must be available to hand over or receive the items. We serve Riyadh, Makkah and Jeddah only.

Invoice and payment

We send an electronic invoice as a link on WhatsApp once our team issues it. The invoice is paid by the payment method agreed.

Condition of items

We take care of your items and treat them according to their care labels. Please tell us about special instructions or existing defects at handover, and report any concern on receipt or as soon as possible.
